When it comes to meaningful use, devices have not been given enough credentials for sure and get ignored at some points.

You may want to look at my campaign for the FDA/drug/device companies to come together here with information on recalls and it will save lives. Not only that, but it is an ingenious way to get participation from both patients and MDs as well. I post on so many devices out there as it is a focus of my blog, like the blue tooth inhaler for one. links on MSDN and Microsoft Gov with a lot of interest being generated here.

One more at my blog with some examples, this has been an ongoing campaign now for about 6 months or so:)

Also I have a section on PHRs, which primarily covered HealthVault and Google Health with a lot of "how to's" included and have some featured interviews with Quest and Microsoft executives on the interview section.
